Steve & Linda

Steve & Linda came in from Island Lake, Ill. for a week also. They spent part of the week with Meg & Chris and the remainder with Paul and Debbie. All of the Aunties agreed that Steve is the spitting image of their dad. Maybe we can all vote...here is a picture of Grandpa although he is probably quite a bit younger than Steve in this picture. You're right, Aunt Joan, it can't possibly be Jan.
Debby & Rick
Debby & Rick were the "official" photographers for the weekend (although we know there were a lot more cameras clicking away). They flew in from Jupiter, Forida for a week and spent part of it with Jan and Harmony in Sequim and the remainder with Meg and Chris in the San Juan Islands. We all talked about getting together in Florida around Christmas time.
Patt
Patt and her husband, Richard, live nearby in Buckley and came in on Saturday. It was great to see her and we look forward to getting together with her again soon.
Paul's Fam
Paul and his wife, Debbie, live next door to Dori. Matthew (18) just graduated from high school and will be attending college this fall. Chris (24) is in the military and was able to get a few days leave to fly in. They had quite a crowd staying with them and enjoyed taking people out for a couple of sightseeing tours after the party. Wakeboarding was also high on Matt's to-do list.
Meg's Family

Meg and her husband, Chris, have recently relocated to Friday Harbor in the San Juan Islands. While this is much closer than Southern California, it is a two day trip via their sailing vessel, Walking on Water. They found moorage in the port of Brownsville which is just a five minute drive (by car, of course) to Dori & Paul's places. Meg's oldest son, Jonathan (23) flew up from Southern CA for the weekend. Those who were still in town on Monday enjoyed a beautiful fall day out sailing.
Let's Connect!
We had so much fun at our family reunion/Dori's birthday party that we though it would be fun to have a place to communicate and stay connected. You can post pictures, share stories and yes, even recipes! If you would like to post something post a response on this site and Meg will send you info on how to post your own goodies. We hope that even those of you who couldn't come to Washingon will join in so we can be connected with you also...a living "family tree" if you will. Please share the blog address with your kids and grandkids.
